Easy, but indirect. Oral NAD+ and precursors such as NMN and NR are largely converted in the gut and liver before reaching the circulation.
IV drip
Direct, but demanding. Intravenous NAD+ requires a clinic visit and an infusion lasting one to several hours.
Longuvion® Pen
Just under the skin, at home. A small dose that bypasses digestion, in two minutes, every two to three days.
Good to know
Does it hurt?
The 31G needles are 4 mm long, the same size as insulin pen needles. Most people feel a brief pinch or light pressure. Temporary redness or a mild burning sensation at the injection site can occur and usually fades within minutes.
Do I need injection experience?
No. The pen is designed for home use and works like an insulin pen. Our instruction video shows every step.
How do I store the cartridges?
In the refrigerator, in the case provided. Do not freeze.
What happens after my first cartridge?
The pen is reusable. You only order refill cartridges, each with new needles and wipes. With Subscribe & save you pay 10% less.
